  • The building was located and lease contract agreed in June 2008 and fully operational by the end of August 2008. 
  • It has a fully installed capability of 400+ agent seats.
  • Security in the building was most important and it is assured with comprehensive electronic access control, internal and external cameras.
  • State of the art active equipment connects to agents work stations via 47 km of fiber and cabling.
  • Full redundancy was provided by two telecom suppliers with independent fiber to the building ensuring high quality of service with very high capacity.
  • UPS and standby generator was also provided giving autonomy from the national grid in times of power outage.

The roof terrace is popular with the staff and the building is distinctive and suits the contact centre business functionality, whilst offering human scalability.
